Most of our services involve planning, consultation, design, setup, strategy, training, and digital work. Because of this, refund rules may vary depending on the type and status of the service.

Service-Based Refund Policy

For website design, development, branding, UI/UX, digital marketing, SEO, ads setup, landing page design, and other digital services, refunds are generally not available once the work has started.

This is because service work includes time, research, planning, communication, design effort, setup, strategy, and execution.

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Completed work
  • Partially completed work
  • Approved design drafts
  • Strategy or consultation work
  • Website setup work
  • SEO or ads setup work
  • Branding or creative design work
  • Any work already delivered to the client

Training Program Refund Policy

For live practical training programs, course fees may not be refundable once the training has started, login/class access has been shared, study material has been provided, or the student has attended any session.

Training fees may also be non-refundable for missed classes, lack of practice, change of mind, personal schedule issues, or failure to complete assignments.

If a student has paid but the batch has not started yet, a refund request may be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.

Consultation Fee Refund Policy

Consultation fees are charged for time, guidance, planning, review, and expert advice. Once a consultation call, meeting, audit, or strategy session is completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

If a consultation is cancelled by KritanSkillX, we may offer rescheduling or refund based on the situation.

Duplicate or Wrong Payment

If you have made a duplicate payment or paid the wrong amount by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible with payment proof.

After verification, the duplicate or extra amount may be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the project or service starts. If no work has started and no resources have been used, refund eligibility may be reviewed by our team.

If work has already started, planning has been done, design has been created, access has been set up, or service delivery has begun, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund.

For training programs, cancellation requests made before batch start may be reviewed. Cancellation after batch start may not be eligible for refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Third-Party Charges

Some services may involve third-party tools such as domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, software, email tools, payment gateways, ads platforms, or other digital tools.

Charges paid to third-party platforms are controlled by those platforms and may not be refundable through KritanSkillX.

Examples of third-party charges include:

  • Domain purchase
  • Hosting purchase
  • Premium theme or plugin purchase
  • Software subscription
  • Ad budget paid to Meta or Google
  • Payment gateway charges

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund through the original payment method whenever possible.

After refund initiation, the amount may take around 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account, card, UPI, wallet, or original payment method depending on the payment gateway, bank, and payment mode.

KritanSkillX is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment systems.

Partial Refund

In some cases, a partial refund may be considered if only a small part of the service has started and no major work has been delivered.

Any cost already used for planning, design, consultation, third-party tools, payment gateway charges, or completed work may be deducted before refund.

No Refund for Results-Based Expectations

For digital marketing, SEO, ads, business growth, training, freelancing, and online income-related services, we do not guarantee fixed results such as exact leads, sales, rankings, jobs, income, clients, or business growth.

Refunds will not be provided only because expected results were not achieved, as results depend on many factors including effort, budget, competition, market demand, audience behavior, platform policies, and execution.
