Project Timeline and Delivery

Project timelines are estimated based on the work requirement. Delivery time may vary depending on project size, client response, revisions, technical issues, third-party tools, hosting, domain, plugins, or additional requirements.

We try our best to deliver work on time, but delays caused by client-side pending information or third-party platforms will not be considered our responsibility.

Revisions and Changes

Basic revisions may be included as discussed before starting the project. Major changes, new sections, extra pages, new designs, extra features, or changes outside the original requirement may be charged separately.

Once the final work is approved by the client, any new update or modification may be treated as additional work.

Payments

Payments for services, training programs, consultations, or digital work must be made as per the agreed amount and payment schedule.

We may use Razorpay or other trusted payment gateways for payment processing. We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, net banking password, or sensitive banking details on our website.

Work may start only after advance payment, full payment, or agreed payment confirmation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because our services involve time, planning, design, strategy, training, and digital work, refunds may not be available once the work or training has started.

A refund may be considered only in special cases such as duplicate payment, wrong payment, or if the service has not started yet.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method and may take time according to the payment gateway or bank process.

Training fees, consultation fees, completed work, partially completed work, digital strategy work, design drafts, and service setup charges may be non-refundable.

Website Access and Login Details

If you share website, hosting, domain, social media, or tool login details with us for project work, you are responsible for changing passwords after the project is completed.

We recommend sharing only required access and avoiding unnecessary sensitive information.

Content and Copyright

Clients must provide content, images, videos, logos, and brand materials that they own or have permission to use.

KritanSkillX is not responsible for copyright issues caused by client-provided content, images, videos, logos, or third-party materials.

Website design, graphics, content, training material, and other work created by KritanSkillX cannot be copied, resold, or reused without permission unless agreed in writing.

Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our services may require third-party tools such as WordPress, Elementor, hosting providers, domain providers, payment gateways, Google tools, Meta tools, email tools, plugins, themes, or automation platforms.
